Amis Properties and Lamborghini have teamed up for a cool project called The Woodland Residences. They’re making 30 fancy five-bedroom houses, each covering 7,335 sq. ft. You can buy one, and they’ll be ready to move into by the second quarter of 2026.
These three-story houses come with a family room, kitchens (open and closed), a private pool, an elevator, and nice balconies that give you awesome views of the Burj Khalifa skyline. The lobby ceilings are super high, ranging from 13 ft to 26 ft. There are special rooms for your driver, maid, and nanny, and the master bedrooms have cool dressing rooms. The kitchens have fancy German appliances, and each house gets a two-car garage.
These swanky houses are set around a 328-ft long lagoon. Living here means you get to enjoy cool stuff like a lazy river with controlled temperature, a clubhouse for fun, a community center, and more. Kids have a safe playground to play in, and there’s even a school coming up nearby.
