Real Estate Agent
Role & Responsibilities:
- Commitment to providing excellent, honest, and sincere customer service
- Advising buyers and sellers on current market patterns
- Good at establishing and maintaining business relationships and networking
- Determine the client's wants and financial capacity, then offer solutions that satisfy those needs.

- Respect real estate laws and have thorough understanding of finance, mortgages, and related government protocol.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Non-Negotiable). Fluency in Russian, Arabic & Chinese would be highly desirable.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Sales Manager – Secondary Market
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design, plan and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals
- Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan
- The Sales Manager will create a framework and routine for the Brokers to structure their daily and weekly activities
- Screen Contracts before they are sent to Clients for Signing
- Provide Training and Inductions to New Start Brokers
- Motivate and monitor own sales team to insure the best productivity and consistent sales
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Secondary Market & knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process
- 3 years of experience in Real Estate and a proven track record in selling and renting properties in the UAE
- Hiring agents, leading & supervising a sales and leasing team of 8 to 10 people and staying informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry, redirecting and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Supervise and follow up on team leads, viewing & meetings.
- Offer advice and motivate the team to close sales.
- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.
- Set weekly, monthly, and yearly targets for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.
- Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.
- Attend property events to generate new business leads.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- UAE driving license
- Must be RERA certified
